WHAT MAKES MY MEDITATION COACHING PROGRAM UNIQUE

I teach a neurological mind-body approach to meditation which is rooted in both classical meditative traditions and body-mind based trauma healing.

One of the major benefits of integrating Somatic Experiencing® into our meditation life is finding tangible and effective ways of becoming familiar with the nervous system and allowing it to guide us, instead of letting the mind (and mindfulness alone) dictate the direction and pace of our inner experiencing. You will learn about how we can work with our nervous system (not against it) and learn about when the mind/body physiology gets stressed and how it starts doing the same things over and over, which sometimes gets us stuck. You'll learn how to allow that looping to resolve so that our practice can continue to deepen.
