CONNECTION IS EVERYTHING

Practice real-time relational awareness: Notice and shift patterns as they happen, even in the most challenging conversations.

Expand your relational range: Step outside old ways of connecting and experiment freely—even when things feel tense or uncomfortable.

Develop somatic and relational intelligence: Use your body’s cues to navigate tension, build trust, and stay present when it matters most.

How we relate—moment to moment—shapes our relationships, careers, and sense of belonging.

But real connection isn’t something you can think your way into. It happens in real-time, in the body, in the moment—especially during hard conversations, when tensions rise, or when vulnerability feels risky.

That’s why I’m offering The Authentic Relating Lab—a hands-on, interactive experience where you get to:

Think of it as a gym for your relational muscles. But instead of lifting weights, you’re learning to show up fully, play with connection, and explore new ways of being in relationship—even when conversations feel hard.

THIS LAB IS FOR YOU IF:

• You crave deeper, more fulfilling relationships but aren’t sure how to get there.

• You want to feel more comfortable, confident, and present in your connections.

• You tend to overthink social interactions or struggle to express whats true for you.

• You've done personal growth work but want to put those skills into practice, in real time.

• You avoid conflict and want to learn how to navigate it with more ease and authenticity.

The Journey

While a single-day or evening workshop can provide a taste of Authentic Relating, the 4-week journey offers something far more profound:

Week 1: Awareness is the Gateway

Slow down and notice what's real in the moment. Explore how attention, body awareness, and presence lay the foundation for meaningful connection.

Week 2: The Courage to Reveal

Practice saying what’s true without leaving yourself behind. Learn to share more of your inner experience with clarity, care, and curiosity.

Week 3: Riding the Edge of Contact

Explore how to stay present when connection feels awkward, edgy, or uncertain. Develop tools for navigating discomfort with playfulness and self-trust.

Week 4: Integration & Empowerment

Bring it all together. Choose how you want to show up—moment by moment, relationship by relationship—with more awareness, choice, and confidence.

What You’ll Discover

Most communication models focus on what you say. This Lab focuses on how you bring yourself to the moment — your presence, your awareness, and your embodied truth as it unfolds in real time.

  • Guided Exploration & Spontaneity: Through a blend of structured exercises and open exploration, you’ll uncover powerful insights from both order and spontaneity.

  • Authentic Expression: You’ll have the freedom to respond genuinely in the moment, discovering your own natural way of communicating.

  • No Right Way—Just Your Way: It's not about the "right" way to communicate, but about finding what feels true and alive for you.

  • Being Playful & Experiential: This isn't rigid or overly formal, it's hand on, engaging with experience.

This isn't therapy. It's not lecture driven. It's an invitation to play, practice, and explore new relational possibilities in a space that feels both safe and alive.
